MeThreeSixty app tracks over a dozen measurements and health metrics helping users better measure, track, and manage their whole health.

Body Fat Percentage is the proportion of fat in your body compared to your total body weight. Maintaining a healthy level of fat is important for overall health.

Waist-to-Hip ratio (WHR) compares the circumference of your waist to that of your hips. It is a tool doctors commonly use to assess whether excess weight might pose health risks.

Our Fitness Index offers a comprehensive, single-value metric for health and fitness tracking, combining muscle mass, body measurements and body fat percentage.

Body Surface Area is the total external surface area of a human body, it is commonly measured in square meters or square feet.

Weight Trends allows you to track changes in your body weight directly within the app, using a moving average to see consistent progress every day.

Visceral Fat is the fat that is stored inside your abdomen, surrounding your internal organs. A high level of visceral fat is tied to multiple long-term health problems.

Lean Body Mass is the total weight of your body minus all fat mass. It includes muscles, bones, organs, water and skin, and is used as an indicator of overall health and fitness.

Body Mass Index (BMI) is a calculation used to assess if a person has a healthy body weight for their height. It can be a helpful screening tool but comes with limitations.

Fat Mass Index (FMI) is a ratio that measures a body's fat mass relative to its height. Tracking FMI is a helpful tool in understanding changes to your body composition.
