During scanning, the app briefly uses your camera to generate your 3D body model, but all image data is processed securely on your device and deleted immediately afterward. Photos are never saved, transmitted, or stored on our servers. Protecting your privacy and data security is our top priority.
The new update introduced a new login method, and users can create an account using a phone number instead of an email. Did you log in with your phone number instead of your email? Please press the gear symbol to access "Settings." At the top, you can see if you are logged into an email or phone number account by checking the "YOUR PROFILE." If you are logged in with your phone number or alternative email, log out. On the login screen, enter your email and log in.
Daily fluctuations in body weight, ranging from 1 to 5 pounds (0.5 to 2.3 kg), can occur due to factors such as fluid and food intake, glycogen stores, clothing, and the time of day.
The MeThreeSixty system uses a moving average to smooth out these fluctuations, providing a more stable reading over time. As a result, the weight displayed in the app may differ slightly from what you entered. Scanning more frequently will improve the accuracy of your readings and help the system better adapt to your unique profile.
Depending on the email platform's security settings, emails can be found in junk, spam, or deleted inboxes. Network speed and stability will affect the speed at which the email is received. While we strive to ensure our emails are delivered promptly, please check these folders and consider your network conditions when experiencing delays in receiving emails from MeThreeSixty.

The app probably had difficulty separating your outline from the background. Please read these tips on getting a scan, HERE.
For iPhones:
The OS needs to be iOS 17 or later
iPhone 10 and later are supported.
For Android:
The OS needs to be Android OS 9 or later
Most common Android phones are supported.
Samsung Galaxy Z Fold series is not fully supported.

We are happy to help you with this issue. We need to verify you can log into your new account and your original account using this new version of MeThreeSixty. Once this has been done, we need you to provide those login emails and/or phone number so we can identify your accounts. Please send this information to support@methreesixty.com. We will then make the transfer and notify you when completed.

There are no limits to how many scans you can perform. If you are on a Standard Subscription, there may be a limit on how many scans you can see in your history and how many you can compare.
A scan can be deleted on the History tab.
iOS - “Swipe left” on the scan event to display the “Delete” option.
Androids - “Long press” on the scan event to display the “Delete” option.
Tap on the “Delete” option and confirm that you want to delete the scan to proceed.
If you do not see the Future-Me slider, please log out, close the app entirely, and log in afterward. Logging out and in will cause the app to update the information. The app probably needed to retrieve the information correctly when pinging our server. If the problem persists after the above step, please delete any scan that does not have the Future-Me slider and try re-scanning.

To begin a new scan, press the “Scan” button, located at the bottom of the screen. Update your weight. Review the instructions video or press the "Skip" button at the top right.
A black screen, accompanied by two red/green circles usually means that the MeThreeSixty app does not have connection to the camera or you are using a cellular device that doesn't have a 1080p front-facing camera. To troubleshoot this issue, please ensure that the app has the necessary permissions to access your device's camera. Additionally, verify that your device meets the minimum camera requirements for using the MeThreeSixty app.
We do not have a feature to change the measurements manually. All measurements are acquired from scanning.
Yes, long hair needs to be tied into a mid-bun so the app has clear visibility of the neck.
Our app's ability to generate an avatar depends on how well it can separate your silhouette from the environment. Objects and people in the background or foreground can make it difficult for the app to pinpoint your body outline.
For best results we recommend that you scan wearing solid-colored, form-fitting clothing that's a different color from your background, with any wrinkles smoothed out so there is no gap between skin and clothing.
An example of acceptable clothing would be a black compression top and bottoms against a light-colored wall.
We recommend a clear wall area 6 feet wide, but your phone will determine how far it must be to capture your height.
You will also need a knee-to-waist high stand for your phone or something to rest it against; such as a chair, computer screen, or even a water bottle!

Our mobile app requires an internet connection in order to process and return your scan results.
Body fat percentage can be measured in many ways. Check out our published paper comparing Size Stream’s body fat formula against industry standard measurements.
Size Stream strives to take accurate measurements from the real geometry of your body. Please use your favorite product’s sizing charts to translate your app measures to a brand sizing.
Yes, you can wear your glasses if that is comfortable for you. Try to avoid bright reflections off your glasses, or any shiny surface, during scanning.
Our mobile app requires a supported phone. We do not support tablets because of camera quality. Some recent tablet models have higher quality cameras and we are investigating support for these models.
Yes, if your neck can be seen clearly in photos then you can scan without doing anything special.
Otherwise you need to pin up your beard so that your neck can be seen.
Besides, no one wants an unruly beard, right?

Yes, you can still scan. Although your measurements may not be as accurate.
Scanning captures only your body shape and not your face or hairstyle.
There could be a few reasons for this.
Often, however, where you position the tape measure, how tight you hold it and what posture you're in while you measure can change your body shape.
Unfortunately, at this time, there are no built-in features in the MeThreeSixty app that allow for the export of data. All the information gathered and stored within the app is only available within the app itself.
We do not provide 3D prints.
The front-facing camera needs to be able to take 1080p photos.
You will no longer need a suit to use MeThreeSixty. However, for best results, we recommend that you scan wearing skin-tight underwear or skin-tight shorts that are a different color than the wall that you will be standing in front of.
Compression tops and socks are also considered acceptable attire. Make sure to avoid any prints and stripes on clothing.
You will no longer need a scan mat to use MeThreeSixty.
Typically, the scan is ready a couple of minutes after the upload is complete. If you do not see the results after this time, please try the following steps:
Log out and close the MeThreeSixty app completely, then log back in and try the upload again.
Check your internet connection to ensure it is stable and has enough bandwidth for the upload.
Check your internet security settings to ensure that the MeThreeSixty app is allowed to connect to external endpoints and ping outside of your network.
Log into the MeThreeSixty app and click on the gear icon in the top left corner to open settings.
Scroll to the bottom of the screen to access "PERSONAL DATA" and select "DELETE MY ACCOUNT."
You will now see the confirmation window stating, "Deleting Account. You are deleting your account. All the stored data will be lost."
Select "Delete" to confirm the deletion of all data and the closing of your account.
IMPORTANT NOTE: We can not recover data once you have confirmed that you want to delete your account. Deleting an account does not unsubscribe the user from the premium subscription. To unsubscribe, navigate to the Play Store or iOS store subscription management settings.
MeThreeSixty's apps use advanced algorithms and measurement tools to analyze your body composition and provide personalized insights. By inputting age, height, weight, and scanning data, the app can calculate your body fat percentage and compare it to recommended ranges based on your unique profile. A One Time Passcode (OTP) is a temporary code sent to you for extra security when logging into accounts. It’s valid for only one use and helps protect your information from unauthorized access.
Premium service can be selected during account creation or at any time after. If you select the free standard level, at any time later you can subscribe. Select the gear symbol at the top left to open the settings menu. Then, scroll down to Subscription and select Unlock Premium. This will allow you to access all the premium features and benefits offered by MeThreeSixty. Also, if you exceed the free scan history limit, you will see the option to subscribe in the History view.
No, you can only access the most recent five scans unless you signed up before the 4.0 version.
The process depends on your device:
For Android Users: Refunds are managed by Size Stream. Please get in touch with Size Stream support for assistance using the support link in the MeThreeSixty app.
For iOS Users: Refund requests should be made directly through the Apple App Store. You can follow the instructions provided here: Apple Support.
The one-time passcode is the only secure method to access the MeThreeSixty account.
To cancel your subscription, you can choose one of the following methods:
Directly through your Google or Apple account:
For Apple: Go to your device's Settings app, tap your name at the top, then select "Subscriptions" to manage and cancel your subscription.
For Google: Open the Google Play Store, tap on your profile icon, select "Payments & Subscriptions," then go to "Subscriptions" to manage and cancel your subscription.
From within the app:
Open the app and navigate to Settings.
Tap on Manage under Subscriptions. This will redirect you to the subscription management page for your local device’s Apple or Google Play account.
Our waist-to-hip ratio uses the measurement labeled "stomach". This approach is aligned with the guidelines established by the World Health Organization (available here: WHO Study, page 5, section 2.1). We understand that labeling conflicts can be frustrating, and we're working on addressing it.
If the Sun is casting intense light onto your body some things you can try to do are:
Cover windows.
Move to a location that does not have direct sunlight on the body.
Wait until a different time of day when direct sunlight is not a problem.
Furniture, clothing, mirrors, windows and pictures in the background can make it difficult to detect your scan pose.
For best results we recommend that you clear the wall and ground in your scanning area.
T-shirts and tank tops can have loose sleeves or blousing along the back.
It is ideal for men to go topless and for women to wear a torso-baring sports bra. The ideal bottoms to wear while scanning are solid colored bicycle shorts. Be sure to smooth out any wrinkles.
This problem occur when the device time is not in sync with the server globe time.
Do the following to sync the device time to the globe time.
Close the MeThreeSixty app. Ensure its not running in the background.
Navigate to the mobile device "Automatically Timezone" settings.
Toggle off and on the settings.
Launch MeThreeSixty.

At MeThreeSixty, user experience is our top priority. We are currently aware of an issue where the bottom menu is not accessible due to the UI screen not fitting correctly. Our team is actively investigating this problem to find a permanent solution.
In the meantime, we have a workaround that allows you to navigate the app without visible access to the bottom menu. The touch area above the navigation bar remains sensitive and can pick up the options provided by the bottom app menu. Simply tap in this area to access the menu functionalities as you normally would. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we resolve this issue.
